Product stock

All products that appear on our website are currently available, except for the ones that are on PreOrder. When a product is on PreOrder, you will see a notification on its product page. If you decide to buy a product that is on PreOrder, please note that all products included in your order will be shipped as soon as the missing product is back in stock.

Orders and payments

All our jewellery pieces are carefully packed at our warehouse, so your order should arrive in perfect conditions. If this is not the case, please contact us by sending an email to customercare@juliaderigo.com.If you are having trouble navigating our site or placing an order, please restart your web browser. If the problems persist, please contact us and our TI team will try to help you with the issue as soon as possible.

Accepted payment methods are: Credit Card. We guarantee the maximum transaction security in every payment

- Klarna, PayPal, two international payments company from which you will also be able to pay by credit card, even if you don’t hold a account.

Accepted credit cards include: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and other international credit cards.

Shipment and delivery

All our orders are shipped in 24/48h upon order confirmation. JULIA DERIGO ships its products worldwide. Any changes in the shipping address Will not be accepted as soon as your order is shipped or ready to be shipped.

For all shipments to Spain, the Courier in charge of the delivery is Correos Express. If you have doubts, comments or suggestions their support phone number is 913 277 020. For international orders, shipments are handed over to other international Courier companies.

Returns and exchange

You have 365 days from the date of receipt to return your order. Our jewelry has 3-year manufacturing warranty.

To make a return or Exchange request, please email us customercare@juliaderigo.com

Good to know, the returned products must be in perfect condition and show no evident signs of use, or else no return will be carried out. It is your responsibility to provide adequate packaging to make sure that the items arrive to JULIA DERIGO in perfect conditions. If you have trouble finding a suitable packaging, we recommend using the original box that your order came in. If the items are received in poor conditions, we won’t be able to carry out the return as requested.

Ring sizes

We currently offer up to 6 different ring sizes : 8*,10,12,14,16 and 18*

(* for some styles).

I Have An Issue With my Order

Status of my order

As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking URL. If you haven’t received it yet, please check if you purchased any of your products on PreOrder (if this was the case, you must have received a separate email with a PreOrder notification).

Please note that our warehouse opens Monday to Friday, so if you’ve placed your order during the weekend, we will pack and ship it to you on Monday or Tuesday, depending on the preparation cue. Our commitment is to ship your order in no longer than 1-2 business days from its confirmation.

Ask for a return

Returning a product with JULIA DERIGO is easy. Please, contact us by email or WhatsApp.

You will have to upload a few pictures of the goods you’d like to return so that we can check its current condition. If your product is unworn and has not suffered from any damage, we will approve your return.

As soon as your return is approved, you will receive further instructions via email.

Change of shipping address

What is your new shipping address? Please provide full information (Street, Street number, zip code) and your phone number so that the courier can contact you if needed.

Good to know We will only be able to accept delivery address changes only if your order is not packed or shipped while we take care of your request. Anyhow, you can expect to hear from us in 1 or 2 business days.

Report faulty product

All our items have 1-year warranty starting from the day your order is delivered. The warranty is valid against defects of materials and/or workmanship. Order Cancellation

I want to make an exchange. I forgot to specify relevant delivery info. Change my mind.

Please remember that we will only be able to cancel your order only if it is still not shipped or prepared by the time we take care of your cancellation request.The estimated reply time is between 1 and 2 business days.
