Shipments and Returns


 All orders are prepared and shipped within 24/48 business hours starting from the order confirmation date. This may vary during sales or promotions. If you think your order is delayed, you can contact our customer service team through the following form.

  • Important note* : Remember that delivery times may be affected in times of high volume (such as Black friday, Christmas ..)
  • Julia Derigo ships worldwide. Below you will find further details on shipping costs for every shipping country and shipping methods.
  • For all orders shipped to Spain, the selected courier in charge of the transportation and delivery of your order is Correos Express. Should you have any comments, questions or suggestions, please contact us.
  • For international orders, orders are passed through to international courier companies who take care of air transportation.
  • Unfortunately we are not able to ship to PO Boxes. 
  • It is possible that during promotional periods shipping costs are no applied, these and other promotions will be clearly indicated in our online store. Remember that if you subscribe to our newsletter you will also enjoy these and other promotions when active.

We accept returns within 365 days of the original purchase date for unworn and undamaged items. All items must arrive in the condition they were received along with the original tags and packaging. Failing to meet these requirements will result in a fee. We cannot accommodate exchanges at this time.

We strictly do not accept returns or exchanges for pierced earring styles for hygiene reasons. The size & dimensions are provided in our product descriptions and we recommend looking over these to avoid disappointment.

Once we've received your package, we will process your refund and notify you via email.


We do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges on sale items or items purchased with a promo code unless faulty (this excludes the signup 10% offer). If you have received a sale item that is faulted, please contact customer care at customercare@juliaderigo.com with a photo of the product clearly showing the fault, along with your order number.
