Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we currently ship everywhere in Spain (including Canary island), Europe, and a total of over 200 countries.

To find out if we ship to your country, click here. If your country is not listed, we unfortunately don't ship there yet (but hope to in the future!).

How long does shipping take?

All orders are prepared within 24/48 business hours after the order confirmation date.This preparation time can vary according to peak season like Black Friday or Christmas.

Domestic We ship orders Monday through Friday (no weekends). Orders placed with Correos Express should arrive in 1–2 business days.

International We ship orders Monday through Friday (no weekends). All international orders placed with STANDARD SHIPPING should arrive in 7-15 business days. Orders placed with PREMIUM SHIPPING should arrive within 2–5 business days in Europe, and other countries within 5-7 Business Days from dispatch.

Please note: we do not send to post office boxes.

We do not take responsibility for factors external to JULIA DERIGO which may delay or prevent a delivery, and which are not covered by our logistic partners.

Was my order successful?

If money has been withdrawn from your account, then your order has been successfully received and will be processed accordingly.  You will receive an e-mail order confirmation shortly to the e-mail address that you provided when placing the order. You are also more than welcome to review the status of your order by logging into your user account.

If you can't find your Order Confirmation email, please check your junk mail or spam folders. Otherwise contact our Customer Service on whatsApp.

How do I track my order?

We want to allow you to track your orders at any time. As such, when we ship your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to track your order directly.

Important notice:Order status can take up to 24h to sync status once is shipped. Do not hesitate to contact us with any issues regarding your shipment.

Can I cancel or change my order?

We are unable to make changes or cancel orders once they’ve been placed. Our team works quickly to fulfill orders so we can get your purchase  to you as soon as possible. If you’ve entered an incorrect shipping address or need to cancel your order, please reach out immediately to customercare@juliaderigo.com. We will try our best to accommodate your request but we cannot make any guarantees. 

Where can I enter my coupon code?

To enter your coupon code, click on your “Cart” and “Proceed to Checkout”. There will be a field next to it called “Apply coupon”. Please click on this field to enter your coupon code.
Note: Some coupons cannot be used in conjunction with other offers.

Can I apply a promo code to a purchase I already made?

We cannot retroactively apply promotion codes to any orders.

Can I add a gift note and/or gift packaging ?

You can add a gift note by clicking on “Add a gift note” from your shopping cart before you click “CONTINUE TO CHECKOUT.”

We don’t offer gift packaging services at this time, but you can add a Gift Box to your order and we’ll include the jewelry from your purchase inside the box. 

There is no packing slip or receipt included in our packaging so there won’t be any indication of prices to your gift recipient.

Is it safe to use my credit card on the website?

Yes, all payments are processed through Klarna, PayPal or Stripe, three international online payment management operators that offer complete guarantees to ensure that transactions are carried out securely.


How do I take care of my jewelry?

Preserve your jewelry’s beauty, shine and durability.

Easy ways to keep your jewelry at its shiny best:

-Avoid exposure to any chemicals or strong products, such as perfume and cosmetic products.

-Remove your jewelry when bathing or swimming. Avoid contact with chlorine, sand and saltwater.

-Take them off before doing any exercise or physical activity to keep them away from extra knocks and sweat.

-Do not wear them while sleeping to avoid accidental damage.

-Store them in a clean, dry and cool place. Avoid extreme temperatures and direct sunlight.

How do I clean my jewellery ?

Gold and rose gold plated pieces should be cleaned very gently with a dry soft polishing cloth.

Important: gold-plated items require greater care. Rubbing too hard may cause loss of plating. It is therefore important that you do this gently in order to avoid any damage.

Do not use tissue paper or paper towels.

Please note that with all plated jewellery over time the top metal will wear away. Therefore, plated pieces may need to be re-plated every few years.

Sterling Silver

We use solid sterling silver (925).

The '925' represents 92.5% minimum pure silver. As pure silver is soft and malleable (making it prone to breakage), 7.5% is made up of alloy. This helps our silver remain durable and suitable for everyday use while remaining high quality.

Can I exercise with my jewellery on?

No, we suggest always taking your jewellery off before exercising as your sweat can damage the plating of your piece. Additionally, while strong, our jewellery is still fine and delicate and will break if pulled during vigorous activities.

Does my jewellery come with a warranty?

JULIA DERIGO responds to the lack of conformity of the products bought for a period of 3-year from the moment of purchase. According to the warranty, JULIA DERIGO will repair or replace manufacturing faults within a 3-year period. The warranty applies exclusively on products manufactured by JULIA DERIGO.

Please note that discoloration, oxidation, and tarnishing are all inherent and inevitable characteristics of plated jewelry that can occur over time. However, we stand behind our quality and believe that with proper care, your pieces should last.

What's covered by the warranty?

JULIA DERIGO responds to the lack of conformity of the products bought for a period of 3- year from the moment of purchase. According to the warranty, JULIA DERIGO will repair or replace manufacturing faults within a 3-year period. The warranty applies exclusively on products manufactured by JULIA DERIGO.

Products made with natural materials may present inconsistencies due to their natural origin and they cannot be considered as defects. Defects caused by misuse carried on by the customer are not covered within the warranty framework.

Manufacturing defects refer to the structure of the jewelry item, like a band separating from the ring head. Some examples of manufacturing defect which are covered under this warranty include:

- Porosity, surface pores, blemishes in the metal;

- Uneven settings;

- Chips, scratches or nicks in stones given at time of pick-up

Some examples of common jewelry wear and tear that are not covered by our warranty:

- Dents, nicksand scratches are inevitable and are not considered a defect.

- Discoloration due to exposure to chemicals, make-up, swimming pools, hot tubs or bathing.

- Rings that have been damaged or misshapen as a result of “hands-on” activities. This also includes cases where damage results in loss of stones.

- Bent, caught or worn out prongs allowing a stone to fall out or be lost due to normal wear or other damage.

- Lost stone or a stone has fallen out due to chipping or breaking caused by normal wear or other damage.

- Broken earring posts.

- Broken chain, bracelet links or clasps.

Can I return an item?

We hope you will love everything that you order from us! But if something isn’t quite right, you have 365 days from the date of receipt to return your order. Our jewelry has a 3-year manufacturing warranty!

ATTENTION: Due to safety and hygienic reasons, we are unable to accept exchanges or returns on any earrings.
